GCN NOTICES
At the time of the trigger IBAS was ONLINE, but the distribution of alerts outside ISDC was disabled (S/C still in commissioning phase). There was no OFFLINE (or any other) IBAS alert distributed through internet via direct socket connection. Instead, a GCN notice was sent out. |
